- Scope of policy application
The kitchenware we sell (including but not limited to kitchenware, tableware, small household appliances, etc.) are all final sale goods. Except for the following special circumstances, returns, exchanges or refunds are not supported:
The goods were damaged during transportation (proof of photos/videos taken within 48 hours is required).
Received goods that are seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect model). - Exceptional case handling process
If the above exceptional conditions are met, please follow the steps below:
Contact customer service: Send an email to nudency@sellkitchenfwg.com within 24 hours with the subject line “after-sales application + order number”;
Provide evidence: Attach clear photos/videos of the product issue and screenshots of the order.
Solution: After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or partial refund for you (returns are not accepted). - Precautions
Customized products (such as engraved ones and those in special colors) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Promotional/clearance items are clearly marked with “Non-returnable and non-exchangeable”.
This policy does not apply due to subjective reasons such as the customer’s wrong purchase or incorrect size selection. - Disclaimer
Please confirm the product detail page information before placing an order, including size, material, function, etc.
Minor color differences, variations in material texture or translation issues in the instruction manual do not fall under quality problems. - Contact Information
