- Shipping location and delivery time
All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in the Czech Republic, covering global delivery (subject to restrictions in some countries/regions).
Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (customized products or promotion periods may be extended).
The actual transportation time varies depending on the destination and the logistics service provider, usually taking 7 to 20 working days (except for remote areas). - Freight calculation
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order’s weight, volume and destination, and the final amount is displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offer: Orders within the Czech Republic over €50 are eligible for free standard shipping (for details, see the promotion). - Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link (sent to the registered email address).
If you do not receive a notification, please check your trash bin or contact nudency@sellkitchenfwg.com. - Customs and Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
We are unable to estimate the specific cost. It is recommended to consult the local customs in advance. - Delayed or lost file handling
If the package is delivered beyond the estimated time, please contact us via email for verification.
After confirming the loss of the package, we will give priority to reissuing or refunding it (proof from the logistics company is required). - Return and exchange address
For returns, please send them to the warehouse in the Czech Republic (the address needs to be applied for by email). The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
